By accessing and using Jungle Leelaa's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

  • Advance payment may be required for bookings
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 7 days before arrival: No charge
  • 3-7 days before arrival: 25% of total booking amount
  • 1-2 days before arrival: 50% of total booking amount
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of total booking amount

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Following all safety guidelines and instructions
  • Respecting wildlife and natural surroundings
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in accommodations
  • Reporting any damages or issues immediately
  • Complying with local laws and regulations

6. Wildlife Safety

Important safety guidelines:

  • Never approach or feed wild animals
  • Stay within designated areas during safaris
  • Follow guide instructions at all times
  • Keep noise levels to a minimum
  • Do not litter or leave any waste behind

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Jungle Leelaa is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or accidents during activities
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Weather-related cancellations or modifications
  • Wildlife encounters or natural events
  • Third-party service disruptions

8. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Wildlife sanctuary closures
  • Health and safety emergencies
