Jungle Leelaa is not a hospitality concept created without a background in design and development.

Behind Jungle Leelaa is more than 15 years of professional experience in Concept Design, Interior Design and Project Development, with an extensive portfolio across residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Over the years, our team has worked on the concept design, interior design and development of hotels, resorts and large hospitality spaces, building practical expertise in resort planning, space planning, interiors, furniture, materials, lighting, landscaping and guest-experience design.

Our design and development business has established a strong presence in Lucknow and the surrounding region, giving us years of hands-on experience in taking projects from an initial idea and concept to an actual built space.

This experience is one of the strongest foundations behind Jungle Leelaa.

After years of designing spaces, hotels and resorts for others, we decided to use that experience to create a wilderness resort of our own.

That became Jungle Leelaa Katarniaghat.

Our 13-room eco resort, complete with a restaurant, dormitory and community hall, was conceptualised, designed and developed hands-on by our own team.

Instead of depending on a large external design or development team, we worked directly with local labour, masons and craftsmen, making decisions on the ground as the property developed.

From the overall concept and space planning to interiors, furniture, materials, landscaping, lighting and the final guest experience, the property evolved under our direct involvement.

The entire resort was completed in approximately eight months.

What began as our own experiment in creating an intimate wilderness property soon became something our guests genuinely appreciated.

Their response gave us the confidence to take the Jungle Leelaa philosophy to another wildlife destination.

In 2026, we opened our second property:

Jungle Leelaa Dudhwa

An intimate 8-room wilderness resort near Dudhwa National Park.

Today, our experience goes far beyond simply designing hospitality properties.

This is not simply a hotel-name licensing programme.

From understanding the land and conceptualising the property to establishing its identity, guest experience and operating standards, our objective is to transfer the practical knowledge we have gained from creating and operating our own wilderness properties.

Jungle Leelaa Eco Resort

10–25 Rooms

Our principal franchise format.

Designed for established wildlife and nature destinations where travellers seek comfortable accommodation combined with an immersive wilderness experience.

Ideal for destinations around national parks, tiger reserves, wildlife sanctuaries and other significant natural landscapes.

Jungle Leelaa Reserve

20–40 Rooms

A more premium and expansive Jungle Leelaa experience planned for selected high-potential destinations.

Jungle Leelaa Reserve will be considered only for exceptional locations and suitable development partners.

Convert It Into a Jungle Leelaa

Not every Jungle Leelaa needs to be built from the ground up.

Owners of existing boutique resorts, lodges and nature properties may apply for our Jungle Leelaa Conversion Programme.

Our team evaluates the existing property and identifies the changes required to bring it within Jungle Leelaa standards.
